betsea is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., (hereinafter “BetSea”, “Company”, “We” or “Us”), a company duly incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with the company number 157205, and registered office at Korporaalweg 10, Curaçao, that operates the website under the license 8048/JAZ2021-031 issued by the Government of Curacao.

2. ACCEPTANCE

This Policy explains the rules, settings and conditions of all Games and gambling Services on the Website. The usage is only possible when fully agreeing to the Company's terms. Definitions:

b) Bet and Wager: refer to every participation in any Game on the Website.

4. COMPANY GAMES (IN-HOUSE GAMES)

4.1. We offer a variety of different Games created by the Company itself. Any information regarding the Games can be partially found on the Website and in detail in the Terms below.
4.2. The Company has the right to change, add, suspend, or remove individual Games at any time with its sole discretion.
4.3. The minimum Bet on all Company Games is 0.01 (zero point zero one) USD.
4.4. The maximum Bet all Company Games is 20000 (twenty thousand) USD, except the Game Plinko on which the maximum Bet is 10000 (one thousand) USD and Coinflip on which the maximum Bet is 200000 (two hundred thousand) USD.
4.5. The maximum win on all Company Games is 5000000 (five hundred thousand) USD, except on Coinflip on which the maximum win is 384000 (three hundred eighty-four thousand). Wins that would exceed the individual Games limit are not possible.
4.6. You accept that all results are rounded down to the subsequent amount of USD measured in cents.
4.7. The Demo Mode of the Company Games allows you to test a Game without Betting any Funds. You can start the Demo Mode by pressing "Play Demo" below the regular Bet option.
4.8. Autobet and Autoplay allow you to automatically make multiple Bets on available Games. You have the option to automatically raise, lower, repeat or stop a Bet with every concluding Bet.
4.9. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for every Bet you make via the autobet or autoplay function on any Game. The Company and its third-party partners cannot be held liable for any financial losses during your autobet session.
4.10. We do not allow any third-party automated Betting scripts on the Website. Any usage of third-party automated Betting scripts or bots is a breach of terms.
4.11. Bets that were started cannot be refunded. You are solely responsible for the outcome of every Bet made from your account.

Crash

4.12. You play Crash by entering your Bet amount and an automated cash-out multiplicator in case you forget to end your Bet manually.
4.13. The Crash graph will continuously go up until it crashes at a random time. The higher it gets, the higher the chance of it crashing. If you cash out before the graph crashes, your Bet will be multiplied by the current number the graph displays at the time you cash out. Your Bet will be lost if you do not cash out before the graph crashes.
4.14. You cash out your Bet by pressing the cash-out button before the graph crashes or automatically when the number of the graph reaches the threshold you entered as an automated cash-out.
4.15. The lowest possible outcome for the Crash graph is 1.00. (one point zero). The Cash graph can rise indefinitely. The chance for a graph crash increases the higher the graph climbs.
4.16. The system will count and fully execute all your Bets, even if you disconnect after entering the Bet. Please always enter automated cash-out to ensure your funds can be cashed out.

Dice

4.17. You play Dice by choosing one of 5 (five) Game modes to Bet and entering a Bet amount.
4.18. Each Game mode allows you to select a reach of numbers to Bet on. You can freely move the sliders to change the amount of numbers you wish to Bet on. Once the dice rolls you will win your Bet if it lands on a green highlighted number or losses if it lands on a red highlighted number. The number range from 0 (zero) to 100 (one hundred).
4.19. The more numbers you Bet on the lower your possible multiplier will be if you win your Bet.
4.20. You acknowledge if you Bet on more than 97.5 (ninety-seven point five) outcomes you will receive a multiplier below 1 (one)
4.21. The system will count and fully execute all your Bets, even if you disconnect after entering the Bet.

Towers

4.22. You play Towers by choosing one of 5 (five) difficulties and entering a Bet amount.
4.23. Each Game of Towers will consist of 8 (eight) floors. During each floor you have to choose a door during which a stair or a monster hides. Stairs will grant you a multiplier of your Betsea, while monster end your run resulting in the loss of your stakes.Depending on the difficulty you choose the number of stairs and monsters in each floor will change.
4.24. After each floor you have the option to cash out and end the Game of Towers or continue playing. The Game automatically ends once you finish the eight floor.
4.25. The multiplier you receive for each floor increases with the difficulty chosen
4.26. If you disconnect for a longer period the system will automatically cash out your funds at the current floor after finishing your last input.

Mines

4.27. You play mines by entering a Bet amount and the number of mines you want in your Game.
4.28. You may not choose less than 1 (one) and can not choose more than 25 (twenty-five) mines. Please note if you choose more than 24 (twenty-four) mines you will automatically lose the mines Game if you do not cash out before making a guess.
4.29. During the Game, you may take multiple guesses on which field hold stars instead of mines. For every right guess, you will receive a multiplier of your stake. However, if you hit a mine you will lose the Game and loss all funds Bet.
4.30. You may choose to cash out at any time. The Game will not automatically end if there are no fields with stars left.
4.31. The multiplier you receive with every guess will increase with the number of mines in the Game.
4.32. If you disconnect for a longer period the system will automatically cash out your funds at the current floor after finishing your last input.

Roulette

4.33. You play Roulette by entering your Bet amount and choosing one of 4 (four) colours.
4.34. Each colour having has multiple fields on the spinning wheel, the higher the multiplier a colour has the less field it occupies on the wheel.
4.35. Each spin of the Roulette is a new round in the Roulette Game. You cannot cash out during the Game. Your Bet will be automatically cashed out as soon as the round is over if you win the Bet.
4.36. You may place more than one Bet in each round of the Roulette Game.
4.37. 0.666% (zero point six six six percent) of the value of each Bet are added to the Roulette Jackpot.
4.38. If the Jackpot is hit all Users who Bet on the field the Jackpot hit in the last 3 (three) rounds will receive a share. The Jackpot is split into three equal parts, one for each round which is proportionally paid out to the Bet amount Between all winning Users.
4.39. The system will count and fully execute all your Bets, even if you disconnect after entering the Bet.

Plinko

4.40. You play Plinko by entering your Bet amount and choosing one of 4 (four) Game modes.
4.41. The Game modes Low, Medium, High will change the multipliers, while the Lighting mode will add additional multipliers and skull fields which reduce the multiplier to zero.
4.42. You can make multiple Bets at once by clicking Bet again. Each Bet launches a new ball.
4.43. Once the ball falls down to the bottom your stake will be multiplied with the number it lands on.
4.44. The system will count and fully execute all your Bets, even if you disconnect after entering the Bet.

Snoops Hotbox

4.45. You play Snoops Hotbox by entering your Bet amount and an automated cash-out multiplicator in case you forget to end your Bet manually.
4.46. Snoop Doggs blunt will continuously burn, increasing the multiplicator until he stops his breath. The higher the multiplicator the higher the chance of him stopping. If you cash out before Snoop Dogg stops smoking, your Bet will be multiplied by the current number displays at the time you cash out. Your Bet will be lost if you do not cash out before Snoop Dogg stops.
4.47. You cash out your Bet by pressing the cash-out button before the blunt stops burning or automatically when the number reaches the threshold you entered as an automated cash-out.
4.48. The lowest possible outcome for the Snoops Hotbox is 1.00. (one point zero). The number can rise indefinitely.
4.49. The system will count and fully execute all your Bets, even if you disconnect after entering the Bet. Please always enter automated cash-out to ensure your funds can be cashed out.

Yeti Cash Dash

4.50. You play Yeti Cash Dash by choosing one of 5 (five) difficulties and entering a Bet amount.
4.51. Each Game of Yeti Cash Dash will consist of 8 (eight) rows. During each row you must choose an ice block which can either be solid or break. If the block is solid your bet will receive a multiplier of your stake depending on the difficulty, harder difficulties provide a greater multiplier. If the ice block breaks your bet will be lost. Depending on the difficulty you choose the number of ice blocks and chance of the ice block breaking in each row will change.
4.52. After each row you have the option to cash out and end the Game of Yeti Cash Dash or continue playing. The Game automatically ends once you finish make the jump to the final ice block.
4.53. If you disconnect for a longer period the system will automatically cash out your funds at the current row after finishing your last input.

Coinflip

4.54. You play Coinflip by choosing a bet amount, heads or tails and select how many Games you wish to launch at once. You can launch either 1 (one), 5 (five) or 10 (ten) launch with one click. You may launch additional Games with available balance if you desire to do so.
4.55. Each Game will be displayed and stay on hold until another User will join the Game or you press the cancel button.
4.56. If you do not wish to wait for another User to join you may opt to play against a Bot. If this option is chosen the Game will launch with a delay of 3 (three) seconds.

4.59. You play Jungle Mines by entering a Bet amount and the number of mines you want in your Game.
4.60. You may not choose less than 1 (one) and can not choose more than 25 (twenty-five) mines. Please note if you choose more than 24 (twenty-four) mines you will automatically lose the mines Game if you do not cash out before making a guess.

4.65. You use the auto-bet function by entering your normal bet, plus the fields you want to uncover and the amount of times you want to execute the same bet.
4.66. Additionally, You add an automatic increase or decrease upon winning or losing a bet.
4.67. You acknowledge that the betting will continue when you disconnect if you enter a large number of Bets or select endless mode. Please ensure to enter an amount to stop if your auto-bet reaches Your desired win or Your maximum loss.

Mission Uncrossable

4.68. You play Mission Uncrossable by entering a Bet amount, choosing a difficulty and clicking to cross the next road.
4.69. Each lane has a chance to be a save passing or a collision. If you pass a lane, you will receive the on-screen displayed multiplier for your bet. If you collide with a car, your bet will be lost. You end the game by chasing out, or colliding with a car or by finishing the 24th (twenty-fourth) lane.
4.70. The difficulty changes the chance for a collision, with Easy having 1 (one) collision for every 25 (twenty-five) lanes, Medium having 3 (three) collisions for every 25 (twenty-five) lanes, hard having 5 (five) collisions for every 25 (twenty-five) lanes and daredevil having 10 (ten) collisions for every 25 (twenty-five) lanes.
4.71. You may choose to cash out at any time. The Game will automatically end if disconnect from the Website.
4.72. The multiplier you receive with every guess will increase with the number of successfully crossed lanes, and higher difficulty will provide a higher multiplier per lane.
4.73. You start the Demo mode by entering 0 (zero) as the bet amount.
