betsea is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., (hereinafter "BetSea", "Company", "We" or "Us"), a company duly incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with the company number 157205, and registered office at Korporaalweg 10, Curaçao, that operates the website www.betsea under the license 8048/JAZ2021-031 issued by the Government of Curacao.

2. ACCEPTANCE

Please read this Policy carefully to understand the available bonuses, promotions, tournaments, sponsorship, VIP club, giveaways and the Rooferral system on the Website, as well as the conditions that come with them.

Claiming a bonus, promotions, free funds, bonus plays or any other offer from BetSea is only possible under the conditions established in this Policy and the Terms. If you disagree with any point, participation is not possible.

3. DEFINITIONS

  • a) Account or User Account: refers to a Your User Account created on www.betsea
  • b) Bet and Wager: refer to every participation in any game on the Website.
  • c) Company, We or US refers to Raw Entertainment B.V. ("BetSea")
  • d) Game and Games: refers to any gambling Services on the Website, including games of skill, games of chance, games of risk and sports bets, and esports.
  • e) Iron Pouch: refers to your on-site wallet where your funds are stored.
  • f) RooSpin: refers to a free spin on a BetSea Slot.
  • g) Rooward: Refers to all Bonuses, Promotions, Rakeback, RooSpins, Rain and other free funds given out by the Company.
  • h) Service and Services: refer to all Games, chat rooms support interactions, and features such as deposits, tips, withdraws and bonuses available on the Website or associated with it.
  • i) Terms: refers to this agreement, which comprises the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Game and Sportsbook Policy, and BetSea Chat Rules.
  • j) You, User or Player: refers to each natural individual with an Account at www.betsea

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • 4.1. The Company has the right to change, add, adjust, suspend, or remove any bonuses, tournaments, promotions, or any other offer at any time with its sole discretion.
  • 4.2. The Company reserves the right to deny or restrict the offering of bonuses, promotions or special offers to any User under circumstances of, but not limited to, promotion abuse, gambling addictions, irresponsible gambling, violation of our Terms, technical exploit of the Company's offers and events.
  • 4.3. We reserve the right to suspend any Account that abuses or exploits BetSeas promotions and bonuses at our sole discretion.
  • 4.4. All your earnings through bonuses and promotions will be added to your Iron Pouch's cryptocurrency side unless otherwise specified.
  • 4.5. Funds received through bonuses, promotions, or special offers can not be converted to the other side of your Iron Pouch.
  • 4.6. The Company reserves the right to review and record every transaction and deposit for any reason that may be required.
  • 4.7. Suppose the result of such a review concludes that a User is practising strategies that the Company deems collusion, unlawful or improper activity, or fraudulent practice. We reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such User to enter any of Our bonuses, tournaments, promotions or other rewards.
  • 4.8. You acknowledge, all Referral program earnings/commissions must be claimed within 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days, otherwise they are forfeit and can no longer be claimed.
  • 4.9. No User may attempt to claim any bonus or promotion with multiple Accounts.
  • 4.10. BetSea Partnership Accounts are excluded from all Tournaments, Raffles, King Roo and Astro Roo.
  • 4.11. No User may be rewarded or claim any bonus, promotion or other reward, while their account is restricted, locked, self-excluded or under investigation and found guilty of a violation.

5. RAKEBACK REWARDS

  • 5.1. There are four different kinds of Rakebacks available on BetSea: Instant Rakeback, Daily Rakeback, Weekly Rakeback and Monthly Rakeback.
  • 5.2. All four available Rakebacks take a multitude of factors into account when calculating your claimable amount, including but not limited to activity, deposit and withdrawal regularity, win and loss streaks and chosen games.
  • 5.3. The Rakebacks are connected to a level system. The reward for each Rakeback, excluding the Instant Rakeback, increases with each Level.
  • 5.4. The maximum level is 30 (thirty). Your level increases with each wager, excluding refunded, voided or cancelled bets.
  • 5.5. You acknowledge that while you have a wagering requirement from a deposit bonus, you will not receive any form of Rakeback.
  • 5.6. All Funds received through the available Rakeback go to your Iron Pouch's cryptocurrency side.
  • 5.7. The Company has the right to change, suspend, or remove any Rakeback at any time at its sole discretion.
  • 5.8. Any attempt to claim any Rakeback multiple times in the same period due to a bug, an exploit, or a hack of the Website is a breach of goodwill and a violation of our Terms.
  • 5.9. You can view and claim your Rakeback by typing /Rewards in the BetSea Chat or by clicking:
  • 5.10. Additionally, you will be able to see the rewards of the last 30 (thirty) days and the coming rewards of the next 14 (fourteen) days
  • 5.11. You acknowledge that should your account be locked or restricted for any reason, all Roowards, including the Rakebacks, can no longer be claimed while the lock or restriction remains.

Rakeback Vault

  • 5.12. Each Rakeback you claim will add additional funds to your Vault.
  • 5.13. The Vault will store additional funds for up to 14 (fourteen) Days.
  • 5.14. The Vault can be claimed periodically for additional rewards based on the Rakebacks you claimed in the previous 14 (fourteen) days.
  • 5.15. A part of the funds stored in your Vault will become available every 8 (eight) hours starting at 00:00 UTC. On each day, the Vault can be claimed up to 3 (three) times.
  • 5.16. Every release from the Vault will be available for 24 (twenty-four) hours after becoming available before expiring.

Instant Rakeback

  • 5.17. The Instant Rakeback can be claimed every 30 (thirty) minutes and never expires.
  • 5.18. The Instant Rakeback will add 50% (fifty per cent) of the available balance to your account balance and another 50% to your vault claimable over the next 3 calendar days.

Daily Rakeback

  • 5.19. The Daily Rakeback can be claimed once per day and resets daily at 00:00 UTC. If you fail to claim your Daily Rakeback by the time the next day's Daily Rakeback becomes available, the previous will no longer be claimable.
  • 5.20. The Daily Rakeback will add funds to your account's available balance based on your current level. Additional funds will be added to your Vault claimable over the next 7 (seven) days.

Weekly Rakeback

  • 5.21. The Weekly Rakeback can be claimed once per week and resets weekly at Saturday 00:00 UTC. If you fail to claim your Weekly Rakeback by the time the next week`s Weekly Rakeback becomes available, the previous will no longer be claimable.
  • 5.22. The Weekly Rakeback will add funds to your account's available balance based on your current level. Additional funds will be added to your Vault claimable over the next 14 (fourteen) days.

Monthly Rakeback

  • 5.23. The Monthly Rakeback can be claimed once per month and resets monthly on the first of the month 00:00 UTC. If you fail to claim your Monthly Rakeback by the time the next month’s Monthly Rakeback becomes available, the previous will no longer be claimable.
  • 5.24. The Monthly Rakeback will add funds to your account's available balance based on your current level. Additional funds will be added to your Vault claimable over the next 14 (fourteen) days.

Rakeboosts

  • 5.25. You will receive a Rakeboost for many activities, which increases the amount of funds added to each Rakeback.
  • 5.26. You acknowledge that Rakeboosts do not stack or queue. The highest Rakeboosts will automatically apply. Should the higher Rakeboost run out first, the lower Rakeboost will apply afterwards.
  • 5.27. You acknowledge that the Slot Potato Rakeback only boosts your Instant Rakeback; further information is in the Slot Potato Section.
  • 5.28. The Company has the right to change, suspend, or remove any Rakeboost at any time at its sole discretion.

6. RAIN

  • 6.1. BetSea's Rain is a regularly recurring charity event, which gives each participating User who deposited within the last 7 (seven) days a small amount of USD within 2 (two) minutes to the cryptocurrency side of the Iron Pouch.
  • 6.2. The Company has the right to change, suspend or remove the Rain Event at any time with its sole discretion. The Company can set the funds received through the Rain Event at their sole discretion to any amount.
  • 6.3. You may only participate in Rain Events through your actions. You may not ask a third person, legal entity, or another User to join Rain Events for you. You acknowledge you may not use technical assistance to participate in the Rain Event. Any technical assistance, including but not limited to scripts, bots, and automated commands, is banned.
  • 6.4. The Company holds regular Rain Events at random intervals ranging from 2 (two) to 20 (twenty) minutes on the Website.
  • 6.5. Every User online in one of the BetSea Chat Rooms may participate in this Rain Event by clicking Join when the Rain Event appears. The join button will be in the BetSea Chat Rooms.
  • 6.6. Every User may add funds to the Rain by using the tipping function and choosing the Rain to receive the funds.
  • 6.7. All donations from your Account to the Rain Event are permanently removed from your Account and cannot be returned to your Iron Pouch by the Company.

7. FREE PLAY

  • 7.1. Free Play is a third-party option to earn points that can be exchanged for Funds on BetSea. Testing apps, Websites, or products can earn points. Points can also be earned by completing surveys or participating in promotional events.
  • 7.2. The Company does not operate Free Play in any way or form. Free Play is a partnership program to offer our Users an option to gain additional Funds without depositing to enjoy the Services offered on the Website.

8. King Roo

  • 8.1. The King Roo event happens randomly and is advertised and announced via the Company's social media and Website. Every User registered on the Website may participate in the King Roo event without restrictions.
  • 8.2. The Company may hold a King Roo event whenever they see the time fit for it at their sole discretion. The Company can set the time and duration for the next King Roo event according to their judgment. Whenever a King Roo event is happening, it will be visible on the Website.
  • 8.3. You participate in the King Roo event by playing any game in the Slots section of the Website. All variations of Slots are applicable for winning the title of King Roo and all benefits with the position. You win King Roo by hitting a multiplicator of 100 (one hundred) or higher in any Slots game through a bet with a value of at least 1 (one) USD. You acknowledge Bets made with other currencies are only eligible if they have converted value of at least 1 (one) USD. All bonus options available in the Slot Game of your choice are counted towards that multiplier, while jackpots do not count towards it.
  • 8.4. While being the King Roo, you will get a share of the house edge from all bets placed on slot games while you are the King Roo.
  • 8.5. You hold the title King Roo until another User hits a multiplicator of 100 (one hundred) or higher in any Slots game with a bet value of at least 1 (one) USD or the time of the event runs out.
  • 8.6. Each King Roo event has its set time, including a timer showing the time left. During each King Roo event, you can become the King Roo multiple times if you lose the title and meet the conditions to earn it again. There is no limit on how many times you can earn the King Roo title during each event.
  • 8.7. The Company has the right to change, adjust, suspend or remove the King Roo event at any time with its sole discretion.

9. ASTRO ROO

  • 9.1. Astro Roo is a random reoccurring event advertised and announced via the Company's social media and Website. The Company may hold an Astro Roo event at its sole discretion. Every User registered on the Website may participate in the Astro Roo event without restrictions.
  • 9.2. According to their judgment, the Company can set the time and duration for the next Astro Roo event. Whenever an Astro Roo event is happening, it will be visible on the Website.
  • 9.3. You participate in the Astro Roo event by playing the BetSea House Game Crash. Other Games with similar names are not eligible for the promotions. You win Astro Roo by hitting a larger multiplier than the previous Astro Roo title holder. The first title of Astro Roo is given to the first winning Bet. Only bets valued at least 5 (five) USD are eligible.
  • 9.4. While being the Astro Roo, you will get a share of the house edge from all bets on the BetSea House Game Crash.
  • 9.5. You hold the title Astro Roo until another User wins with a multiplicator higher than your own with an eligible bet. Each Astro Roo event has its set time, including a timer showing the time left. During each Astro Roo event, you can become the Astro Roo multiple times if you lose the title and meet the conditions to earn it again. There is no limit on how many times you can earn the Astro Roo title during each event.
  • 9.6. The Company has the right to change, adjust, suspend or remove the Astro Roo event at any time with its sole discretion.

10. ROOSPINS

  • 10.1. A RooSpin allows you to participate in any Slot Game on the Website for free while keeping any funds received from winning the current round of the Slot Game.
  • 10.2. You acknowledge that the Company may restrict the usage of RooSpins to some Slot Games instead of all.
  • 10.3. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion or event material, RooSpins expire after 7 (seven) days. After the RooSpins expire, they cannot be used anymore, and the value of a RooSpin will be lost once it expires.
  • 10.4. The winnings resulting from the RooSpins will be added directly to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise specified in an ongoing promotion.
  • 10.5. If no value is mentioned in the promotion material, loyalty bonus, or tournament, each RooSpin will have a one (1) USD value. RooSpins can not be exchanged for Cash.

11. BONUS BUY FEATURE

  • 11.1. The Bonus Buy Feature Offer allows you to participate in the bonus feature of our BetSea Games without having to bet any of your Funds. The Company can give out the Bonus Buy Feature through promotions, rewards and special offers. The Bonus Buy Feature Offer will automatically open the Bonus feature of the chosen Slot Games and play out the total amount.
  • 11.2. You acknowledge that the Company may restrict the usage of the Bonus Buy Feature to individual Slot Games.
  • 11.3. If you interrupt the Bonus Buy Feature before it concludes, you can later return to it as long as it has not expired. The way the Bonus Buy Feature plays out depends on the Slot Game it is used on.
  • 11.4. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion or event material, any Bonus Buy Feature expires after 7 (seven) days. After the Bonus Buy Feature expires, the entire value will be lost once it expires.
  • 11.5. The winnings resulting from the Bonus Buy Feature will be added directly to the Cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise specified in an ongoing promotion.

12. BetSea 200% DEPOSIT BONUS

  • 12.1. The BetSea 200% Deposit Bonus Offer is an ongoing promotion available for selected Users.
  • 12.2. Selected User will receive a 200% (two hundred per cent) bonus on their next eligible deposit up to 1000 (one thousand) USD as a bonus.
  • 12.3. For a User to be eligible for the BetSea 200% Deposit Offer, they must respond to the invite email they have received before making a deposit. Only the first deposit after responding to the promotional email may participate. Your response must include a written confirmation that you will participate in the offer.
  • 12.4. You acknowledge if you opt into the 200% Deposit Offer you must wager your next deposit and the bonus coming with it at least 35 (thirty-five times) before you are eligible to withdraw. (Wager requirement of 3500%).
  • 12.5. All games on the Website, except the Sportsbook section, all live games, Blackjack, Baccarat, Dice, Crash, Plinko and Snoops Hotbox, are eligible for the wagering requirement.
  • 12.6. All deposit bonuses are made available within 3 (three) business days after the email has been sent and the deposit made.
  • 12.7. Any attempt to exploit the games or promotion will result in the exclusion from the promotion and the forfeiting of any bonuses. Risk-free bets are considered an exploit of the promotion. Examples of a risk-free bet are betting on two opposite sides of the same event.

13. BetSea SPORTSBOOK BONUSES

  • 13.1. All bonus Bet options must be used within 7 (seven) days unless otherwise specified. After 7 (seven) days, the bonus bets can not be used anymore and will be voided. Bonus Bets can not be exchanged for Cash.
  • 13.2. You acknowledge that there may be further conditions and requirements, including minimum odds, limited games and limited time, depending on the current promotion and bonus events.
  • 13.3. The winnings resulting from the Bonus Bets will be added directly to the Cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise specified in an ongoing promotion.

Free Cash Bet

  • 13.4. A Free Cash Bet allows you to make a bet with the displayed amount. If you win your Bet, you will receive the wagered amount and the win.
  • 13.5. For example, if you bet ten (10) USD on the Odds of 3.5 (three points five), you will receive 35 (thirty-five) if you win. (10*3.5-0= 35)
  • 13.6. Unless otherwise mentioned, you acknowledge that the minimum odds for a Free Cash Bet are 1.7 (one point seven), and the maximum odds are 1000 (one thousand) unless otherwise stated.
  • 13.7. You can only make a Single bet with your Free Cash Bet.

Free Bet

  • 13.8. A Free Bet allows you to make a bet with the displayed amount. You will receive the won amount minus the wagered amount if you win your Bet.
  • 13.9. For example, if you bet fifteen (15) USD on the Odds of 3 (three) there, you will receive 30 (thirty) if you win. (15*3-15= 30)
  • 13.10. Unless otherwise mentioned, you acknowledge that the minimum odds for a Free Bet are 1.7 (one point seven) and the maximum Odds are 1000 (one thousand) unless otherwise stated.
  • 13.11. You can only make a Single bet with your Free Bet.

Risk-Free Bet

  • 13.12. A Risk-Free Bet allows you to make a bet without the risk of losing your Funds. You will receive a refund of any lost bet up to the amount displayed in the promotional material.
  • 13.13. For example, if you bet 50 (fifty) USD on the odds of 5 (five) there, you will receive your usual 250 (two hundred fifty) payout if you win. (50*5=250) If you lose, you will receive your bet amount, 50 (fifty), back instead.
  • 13.14. Unless otherwise mentioned, you acknowledge that the minimum odds for a Risk-Free Bet are 1.7 (one point seven) and the maximum Odds are 1000 (one thousand) unless otherwise stated.
  • 13.15. You can only make a Single bet with your Risk-Free Bet.

Odds Booster

  • 13.16. The Odds Booster is only available on by BetSea chosen game until further notice.
  • 13.17. The Odds Booster only applies to the pre-match section of the Sportsbook for single bets. You may participate by placing a bet on one of the featured matches.
  • 13.18. You may only use the Odds Boost once per game. You're not eligible for this promotion if you choose to cash out your Bet.
  • 13.19. You acknowledge the Company may choose at their sole discretion which matches and markets will receive increased odds and how much the increase will be.

Hot Combos

  • 13.20. The Hot Combos are available only on selected sporting events displayed at the bottom right of the Sportsbook homepage.
  • 13.21. You may participate by placing a bet on one of the Hot Combos. All conditions of a Combi Bet apply.
  • 13.22. Hot Combos offer an extra multiplier of at least x1.15 (one point one five) in addition to the regular odds the sporting selections display.
  • 13.23. You acknowledge the Company may choose at their sole discretion which matches and markets will receive a Hot Combo offer.

Roo’s Specials

  • 13.24. The Roo’s Specials are available only on selected Sporting events chosen by BetSea.
  • 13.25. The Roo’s Specials are a pre-selection of parlay bets on selected sporting events.
  • 13.26. The Roo’s Specials only apply to the pre-match section of the Sportsbook.
  • 13.27. You may choose to participate in any of the Roo's Specials displayed by entering an amount and clicking bet. All conditions of a Combi Bet apply.
  • 13.28. You acknowledge the Company may choose at their sole discretion which matches and markets will receive a Roo’s Special offer.

14. LIMITED AVAILABLE BONUSES OR PROMOTIONS

  • 14.1. All Limited Time Bonus and Promotions are only offered under the general Terms and following our Bonus and Promotion Policy with all its requirements and conditions.
  • 14.2. You acknowledge that the Company has the right to change, suspend or remove any of the following promotions, events and tournaments at any time with its sole discretion.

15. VIP-CLUB

  • 15.1. The VIP Club is an exclusive invitation-only limited premium group comprised of the Company's most loyal Users. BetSea offers extra comfort and exceptional Service for those Users.
  • 15.2. All VIP-Club benefits and perks are given out at the Company's sole discretion, represented by the BetSea VIP management team. All members have an individual service according to the preferences and likings of the individual member. By entering the BetSea VIP Club, you accept that none of the benefits and perks is demandable but given as the BetSea VIP management teams see fit.
  • 15.3. You acknowledge that entry into the BetSea VIP Club is conditioned on you allowing the Company to collect some personal information to make personalized gifts, offers, surprises, and more for you.

  • 15.4. The BetSea VIP Club comes with many exclusive perks and benefits, including, but not limited to:

How to become a member of the BetSea VIP Club

  • 15.5. The Company wishes to retain the exclusivity of the BetSea VIP Club and only allows Users to join after the invitation. The invitations are given out solely based on the judgment of the Company and its VIP compliance team.
  • 15.6. The Company considers multiple factors when choosing future VIPs. However, the Company is not bound by these criteria and can adjust, change, remove, or add to them based on their sole judgment. The following are most important:
    • Loyalty: The Company especially values its VIP members to be loyal Users of BetSea.
    • Activity: The VIP team looks especially for active Users who behave responsibly when participating in gambling Services.
    • Product: The VIP team looks out for Users enjoying various services and products on the Website.
    • Compliance: To ensure a fast integration into the BetSea VIP Club, please comply with our AML Policy.

Termination of VIP Membership

  • 15.7. The Company may remove any membership to the BetSea VIP Program if the initial criteria that lead to the invitation are no longer met at the VIP Account managers' sole judgment.
  • 15.8. To ensure all conversations within the VIP club are pleasant for every participant, we insist that the BetSea Chat Rules be followed. A violation may result in exclusion from the BetSea VIP Club and the Website.

VIP Special Events, Promotions and Tournaments

  • 15.9. All VIP Promotions are only available for members of the VIP Club and are offered under the general Terms and following our Bonus and Promotion Policy with all its requirements and conditions.
  • 15.10. You acknowledge that the Company has the right to change, suspend or remove any of the following promotions, events and tournaments at any time with its sole discretion.

15.11. Monthly VIP Tournament

  • The tournament will occur between the 25th at 12:00 CEST and the 28th at 23:59 CEST each month.
  • Each participant will receive unlimited free spins for the participating slot games during the tournament. All participants aim to generate profits as high as possible. The participants with the highest profits will receive a prize.
  • To participate, you must be an active member of the BetSea VIP club and deposit at least 1500 (one thousand five hundred) USD between last month's 25th at 00:01 CET and this month's 24th at 23:59 CET.
  • Participants will receive 5 (five) minutes of unlimited free RooSpins valued at 3 (three) USD each. The RooSpins can be used at any time during the tournament duration. You acknowledge that once the first RooSpin is made, the time will tick down, disregarding whether additional RooSpins are used.
  • Each Monthly VIP Tournament will have 3 (three) featured Slot Games on which you can use your RooSpins. The featured Slot Games will be announced in time by the VIP team.
  • You may keep all earnings through RooSpins received during the Monthly VIP Tournament. All winnings will be added to the Cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch.
  • Once the Monthly VIP Tournament concludes, any unused entries and all potential value from the RooSpins will be lost. The entry for the Monthly VIP Tournament will expire on the 28th at 23:59 CET of the month.
  • The Monthly VIP Tournament comes with a prize pool of 25000 (twenty-five thousand) USD, made up of the following 10 (ten) prizes:
    • For the first place, a 10000 (ten thousand) USD prize.
    • For the second place, a 7000 (seven thousand) USD prize.
    • For the third place, a 4000 (four thousand) USD prize.
    • For the fourth place, a 3000 (three thousand) USD prize.
    • For the fifth place, a 1000 (one thousand) USD prize.
    • For the sixth to tenth place, a prize of 100 (one hundred) RooSpins valued at 3 (three) USD each. The RooSpins can be used on the same 3 (three) slot games the tournament was run on.
  • The Monthly VIP Tournament results will be shown on the 29th of each month. The prizes will be paid out within 48 (forty-eight) hours of publicly announcing the results. Suppose the Company identifies that a player found a way to manipulate the result in any way or form, abused a bug or chose a betting practice deemed cheating. In that case, the Company will remove the Account from the ranking and credit the prize to the next highest score.

16. BetSea LOYALTY PROMOTIONS

16.1. The BetSea Loyalty Promotions are invite-only Promotions available for a limited number of Users.

16.6. Loyalty Monthly Competition

  • The Loyalty Monthly Competition will occur between the 25th at 12:00 CEST and the 28th at 23:59 CEST each month.

16.8. VIP Reload Bonus

17. REFERRAL PROGRAM

  • 17.2. The referral program uses a level system; the higher your level as referrer is, the greater your share of the house edge of your referred Users becomes. The starting level is 1 (one), and the max level is 10 (ten). Once a level is reached as referrer, you keep that level.     • 17.6.4. You may not attempt to mislead other Users or consumers by promising them false or misleading benefits for signing up for the Website and its services.   • 17.7. You acknowledge that the Company has the right to change, add, adjust, suspend, or remove any part of the referral system or the entire referral system as a whole at any time with its sole discretion. The Company is not liable for any lost income or missed profit.
  • 17.8. You acknowledge that all funds received through the referral program will be added to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch. Additionally, you must fully comply with our AML Policy to withdraw funds.
  • 17.9. You acknowledge, bonus and the wager of bonus will not count for the calculation of your referral commission.
  • 17.10. You acknowledge, all Referral program earnings/commissions must be claimed within 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days, otherwise they are forfeit and can no longer be claimed.

If you intend to work with us, please provide detailed insight into your average reach and the origin of your followers and viewers. A substantial follower base is defined as over 20% (twenty percent) of your total followers or any considerable number of followers making up the majority of the population of a restricted or banned region or jurisdiction.

19. GIVEAWAYS AND LIVE-PARTIES

  • 19.2. Attempts to join or claim giveaways with multiple Accounts or abuse them in any other way violate our terms.
